This car is in excellent condition. It has always been garage kept. It only has 49,083 original miles which is only 2,455 miles a year. I’ve had older hearses from the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s, and 80’s, but it seems they often need constant attention. And when it comes to parts, they are hard to find and expensive if you do find them. When we do a custom build on newer hearses it’s a lot less hassle. They drive nice, the air is nice and cold, they can idle in traffic for hours without overheating or loading up. If you do need a part, it’s readily available and doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. These Lincoln hearses are great cars. They are based on the Lincoln Town Car and will run forever. With the 4.6 L V8, this car has great power on the road, and surprisingly excellent gas mileage for a hearse at 21 MPG. Of all the hearses I’ve had, Superior has always been the best. They are well built and properly assembled. Paint & body – Excellent condition. Vinyl top – Excellent condition. Also, keep in mind that this hearse has a fiberglass roof, so it never was, nor never will be, in any danger of any type of rust or corrosion. Upholstery front and back – Excellent condition. Carpeting – Excellent condition. Padded dash and door panels front and back – Excellent condition. Headliner front & back – Excellent condition. Air conditioning – Excellent condition – ice cold 4.6 L V8 engine – Excellent condition – Let’s start off with the stacks, Yes they are real, and they are functional. This cold air induction system is mounted directly to the engine and sticks thru the hood, feeding cold air to a K&N filter and thru a low restriction induction system to the fuel injection system. The system is designed to function even in pouring rain with absolutely no problems. The engine also features a custom low restriction dual exhaust system with polished stainless steel tail pipes and polished skull exhaust tips. Transmission & rear end – Excellent condition. For the wheels I chose the Old School chrome rims in 18″ X 8″ chrome. The tires are 235 X 60 X 18 and they ride like a dream compared to 20″ tires. They have less than 700 miles on them.
